Functions and Features

1. Double circuit independent measurement of positive and negative active electric energy. The total, main and secondary circuit active electric energy can be set. The electric energy shall be accumulated and stored separately for the electric energy and total electric energy at the tip, peak, flat, valley and other periods. It can store and display various electric quantities in the last 12 months.
2. It can measure, store and display the current voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and other operating parameters and status of the electric energy meter.
3. Current and power limiting function by time: It has two sets of time limiting meters by time. It can automatically switch according to the switching time of two sets of time limit tables. Each set of timesharing time limit table supports up to 10 timesharing settings. When the current/power is in overrun use and exceeds the overrun use time, switch off and power off. It can be recovered automatically when the time after power failure reaches the power recovery time.
4. Fixed power time limit function: when the ammeter is within a certain power fluctuation range for a long time and exceeds the fixed power threshold, it will be switched off after reaching the fixed power and can be used for a long time. Switch on after reaching the set power supply recovery delay after switching on.
5. Sudden change power limit function: when the power increase value of the ammeter exceeds the power sudden change threshold value during the sudden change period, the switch will be opened. Switch on after reaching the set power supply recovery delay after switching on.
6. There are two sets of rates (Tip, peak, flat and valley) and time periods that can be programmed at will, and another set of rates and time periods can be used at the set time point. At least 2 time zones can be set for each set of rate periods throughout the year. At least 14 time periods can be set within 24 hours; The minimum interval between periods is 15 minutes. The time period can be set across zero points.
7. It has such freezing functions as instantaneous freezing, regular freezing, daily freezing, agreed freezing, and hourly freezing.
8. It has the functions of event recording such as zero clearing, programming, timing, power failure, switching on and switching off.
9. Remote power off and transmission function: send power off command through RS485 and other communication interfaces to cut off the user's load circuit. Or send the power transmission command to connect the user load circuit.
10.Active upload/two-way transparent transmission function: actively transmit data to the corresponding platform through LoraWan/Bluetooth /RS485/Cat. 1 (optional) wireless network. The default interval is 4 hours (settable).
11. Comply with the national standard GB/T17215.321-2008/2021. The communication protocol conforms to DL/T645-2007 [Communication Protocol for Multifunctional Electric Energy Meters].

Display Description
After power on, the LCD screen will display fully for 5 seconds. Then the current total active electric energy, the current total electric energy of the main circuit, the current total electric energy of the sub circuit, the current active power of the main circuit, the current active power of the sub circuit, the current date, time, the relay status of the main circuit and the relay status of the sub circuit are displayed alternately. Press the key to display the meter number and current voltage (see the appendix for details). Press the key to stop the display for 5 seconds, and then the alternate display will resume.

On-line: Constant light indicates that it has been connected to the
network. Off or flashing indicates no network access.

• In the figure, 1 is the phase line incoming. 2 refers to phase line
outgoing. 3 refers to zero line incoming. 4 refers to zero line
outgoing.
• There are 6 auxiliary terminals above the main terminal of the
electricity meter. Among them, 7 and 8 are metering pulse
outputs. 9 and 10 are clock output ports. 11 and 12 are RS485.

lines are secondary circuits. Three circuits are small power control.
• The main terminal wiring is shown in Figure 4. Among them, 1 is
the main and auxiliary circuit L. 2. The main circuit L goes out. 3 is
the output of secondary circuit L,. 4 is N in and N out.
• Terminal 5 above the main terminal of the electricity meter is the
third control phase line. The maximum withstand current is 5A,
which will burn the relay.
• There are 8 auxiliary terminals above the main terminal of the
electricity meter. Among them, 7 and 8 are metering pulse signal
output. 9 and 10 are clock output ports. 11 and 12 are RS485.

Note

INSTALLTION
Live installation of wiring is strictly prohibited!
The electricity meter shall be installed indoors as far as possible. Special instrument box protection shall be used for outdoor installation. The installation bottom plate shall be fixed on the wall with strong fire resistance and not easy to vibration. There must be no corrosive gases in the surrounding air where the meter is installed. Avoid dust, salt spray, etc.
When using the electricity meter, the wiring must be conducted strictly according to the wiring diagram in the tail cover of the meter. It is recommended to use copper wire for the lead connected to the terminal seat. The screws of the fixed lead in the terminal seat should be tightened to avoid burning the electricity meter due to bad contact and heating.


TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Ammeters must be transported and stored under the original packaging conditions. Products shall not be severely impacted during transportation and unpacking, and shall be transported and stored according to GB / T 25480-2010 Basic Environmental Conditions for Instrument Transportation and Storage and Test Methods as stipulated in 2010. The products should be stored in the warehouse and placed on the platform frame. The stacking height shall not exceed five layers. No corrosive gases shall be present in the stored environment.

If the user complies with the transportation, storage and installation operation specifications, and the lead seal of the manufacturer is still complete.If there is a quality problem, our company is responsible for free repair or replacement within 18 months from the date of delivery the electricity meter.
